End-User License Agreement

Solana Merge EULA

Effective Date: January 24, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Felipe Batista for the use of Solana Merge mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant: Felipe Batista grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App. The App may connect to Solana blockchain; you are responsible for any transaction fees or risks.

3. No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability: Felipe Batista shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

5. Termination: This license terminates if you violate any terms.
